• Promoting the benefits of the hotel industry to all levels of government, the media, and the public body.

• Improving the community relationships by means of community event sponsorship and participation.

• Promoting education and training in all aspects of hospitality and hospitality management.

• Lobbying on behalf of member hotels to the provincial government with respect to City of Vancouver hotels.

• Working with and supporting the British Columbia and Yukon Hotels' Association in regards to provincial matters.

• Working with and supporting the other lower mainland hotel associations in regards to provincial matters.
